  • 1. You acknowledge that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions, available in full at www.imc101.com/terms. 2. Upon completing and signing this form and signing off on the Web Brief, client agrees that this is sum of all work required, and that any work not contained on this form or in the Web Brief is considered additional work and will be charged accordingly. 3. Client is responsible to provide all requested navigation/ page flow chart, content, images, and videos in a timely manner as detailed in the Web Brief. If client fails to provide enough information for Internet Media within 2 months, additional fees may be incurred to accommodate rising costs and delay of project. 4. A project completion document must be signed before website “goes live” on the internet. 5. Any change requests to the website after the site is live on the internet will incur a maintenance fee, or other applicable fees, depending on the service performed. Rates are charged in 15 minute increments at the current maintenance rate fee. 6. Hosting fees will b charged when the website is live on your domain name and off of maintenance mode, viewable by the public. 7. Hosting is for a period of 12 months. If no cancellation email is received before the end of the 12 month period, it is assumed you wish to continue your hosting services with Internet Media. 8. Cancellation of all services and products of Internet Media must be done via e-mail at [email protected] , at least ten (10) days prior to the next scheduled billing date. 9. If you wish to move your website to another host, you are responsible for the migration of your website and implementation of your data files at your new host. We will provide you with the data files from our server via a Zip file, unless the files are too large in which you will receive a disk in the mail. 10. Internet Media does not guarantee the performance or continuing integrity of the design and functionality of your website when not hosted on an Internet Media server. 11. Internet Media does not provide IT Support. This includes email set up, internet access issues, computer configuration, Smartphone configuration, and general computer or internet issues. 12. While all care is taken t o ensure the security and design standards of your website remain constant, Internet Media does not accept responsibility for: a. Changes made by the client which detriment the aesthetic value of the website b. Viruses or hacking of the website c. Lost passwords (a retrieval fee may be charged) d. Any other error deemed to have been caused by the actions of the client or other outside party 13. It is Client’s responsibility to ensure that all content submitted to Internet Media is original content and free from third-party copyright or trademark protection, or to obtain permission to use from the copyright or trademark owner.
