Virtual Brokerage is it helping or hurting your business?

Just as the title implies Realtors need to be conscious of what they are posting as their listings. Think about it, if you were online looking for a pair of shoes and you find a listing for some shoes and the description was great the price was great but there wasn’t a picture of the shoes would you buy them? Probably not. So why would a visitor to your site purchase a house that you failed to post with a picture or a relative description. Something to keep in mind, some clients are now buying houses without ever even stepping foot inside the house. So are your virtual listings making you money or are they hurting you financially?
